Medical innovation bill aims to clarify responsible innovation in the UK

Policy development has to tread a fine line: Encourage and not to stifle innovation and on the other hand not to infringe agreed standards of protection. The Medical Innovation Bill proposed in the Uk is aiming to overcome the alleged deterence of innovative practices by medical negligence law.
